Our writers cover a wide range of topics, from album and single reviews to live reports and interviews with artists. They also tackle important issues through thought-provoking op-eds — including pieces highlighting disability within the music industry. Whether they’re reviewing the latest release, capturing the atmosphere of a gig, or giving a voice to overlooked topics, our writers bring passion, insight, and fresh perspectives to every piece they create. Our editors make sure everything runs smoothly. They handle a range of tasks, from managing emails and social media to publishing content on our website. They also contribute to every section of the magazine — whether it’s photography, reviews, or anything else that keeps our publication thriving. Our photographers make sure every show — regardless of how big or small the artist — gets the recognition it deserves. Many of them also contribute written pieces, and some even craft live reviews while photographing at the same time. Even when they can’t secure an official pass, their shots from the crowd are outstanding. This is our most internationally diverse team, with photographers from nearly every continent bringing unique perspectives to our coverage. Grace is a London-based photographer with cerebral palsy. Motivated by the lack of equal opportunities in the music and concert industry, Grace set out to create a magazine that offered a fresh, more inclusive perspective. A passionate fan of artists like The Vamps, 5 Seconds of Summer, One Direction, Niall Horan, Harry Styles, and Taylor Swift, she wanted to amplify the voices and stories often overlooked in fan and artist spaces. In early 2024, Grace founded Sound Spectrum Magazine, aiming to build a platform that celebrates music through a more diverse and accessible lens. Since then, the magazine has undergone an exciting transformation—welcoming a wider team of collaborators, including individuals from both the disabled community and beyond.
In addition to her editorial work, Grace is also an accomplished live music photographer. She strives to preserve unforgettable moments for both artists and fans, capturing the energy, emotion, and atmosphere of each performance. Although based in London, she travels across the UK to document the country’s vibrant and varied live music scene. Her photography has been featured in multiple online music magazines and is regularly shared across her growing social media platforms—bringing her work to a broad audience. Grace has photographed a wide range of artists, including Sabrina Carpenter, Taylor Swift, Reneé Rapp, and many more, using her lens to spotlight both exceptional talent and the unique experiences of the crowd. |
